Giving up smoking weed

Smoking weed can end up being a curse if you are not able to control how much or when. Most people would think that smoking weed would not affect you this way but the truth of the matter is that smoking can be very difficult to give up. Most of the time you spent being paranoid and unable to communicate properly with the rest of your world. Your best friends often become your minds worst enemy even though they are treating you the same as they have always done. Too much weed over a short time or the effects of long term smoking have very detrimental consequences to your mental state of well being and you can spiral into a depressive state without even realizing it.

Other affects of long term smoking are the physical effects like a decrease in blood pressure, loss of fitness levels and cancers of the lungs, mouth and throat. Eating cannabis and smoking it are two different ballparks. With eating you are less likely to get any type of cancer and your lung capacity and respiratory capacity will stay the same. So there can be benefits to eating hash cookies or space cake as long as it is not too much at once or continuously over many years. The short term effect can include a dysfunction in learning capabilities to go along with the paranoia and increased heart rate. Sleep and appetite can also be affects of the influence of eating marijuana and smoking weed. Medicinally weed can be used for stress relief for short term users, pain relief of muscles and from eye strain and marijuana has also been used to help people suffering from cancers and HIV Aids.
