There are some countries in the world that have relaxed laws about smoking weed such as Holland and some states in America. The problem with smoking weed in these American states is that even though the law in this state says you can smoke weed if you have a medical certificate however the federal law still states that you cannot. Since federal law normally outweighs the local or state laws then the people who are smoking really get into trouble if they get caught. For people who are sick with real illnesses then getting caught is not quite as bad as running out for some of them. if the federal government takes the drugs from the local hash shops in America then the locals will have nowhere to get their supply of weed from which can cause anxiety, stress, panic attacks and many other psychological problems. Even though the smoking was the cause of the problems they are still affected by going without the smoke.

When you are smoking weed for fun or in other words recreationally then most likely you will not have a doctor’s certificate to do this legally. There are hundreds of thousands of houses in just a few states of America which have their owners growing weed in the basement, the attic or in rooms full of weed plants. What the government does not realize is that it can make a huge profit on taxing the legalization of weed if they can so how control the distribution. No matter what the government does there will always be a person who smoke weed which means that the government are missing out on this venture which is working very well in places like Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The biggest problem for the government is that they cannot control the drugs even though they have managed to control alcohol and tobacco which are two of America’s biggest killers.
